PLC-controlled wood copy lathe for turning and milling.
The machine has two controlled axes: the longitudinal axis and the rotary axis.
Input of various feed rates and corresponding lengths for turning, as well as additional divisions and pitches for milling.
Several programs can be stored for turning and milling operations.
Hydraulic copy sensing of a pattern or template.
The roughing and copy tools are equipped with fine adjustments.
Template adjustment can be made from the front and rear via fine-threaded spindles.
The copy length can be divided into up to 6 sections with different feed rates for turning highly contoured workpieces.
Drive motor 400V / 3kW with electric motor brake.
Two speed stages adjustable via V-belt, within the stages, operation can be continuously adjusted via a frequency inverter.
